Experience: 5–6 YearsQualification: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)CTC Offered: ₹6–7 LPAIndustry: Electrical / MEP / Infrastructure / Solar ProjectsRole Overview:We are looking for a result-driven Project Execution Engineer (Electrical) with strong hands-onexperience in site execution and team management. The candidate will be responsible forexecuting electrical projects at site, managing manpower, interpreting drawings, andensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and within timelines.Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Project Delivery Execute electrical works at site as per approved drawings and project specifications. Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality standards.Monitor daily site progress and update project status to management.Identify execution challenges and take corrective actions proactively.2. Drawing Interpretation & Implementation Analyze electrical drawings, layouts, and SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) for execution.Translate design into on-site implementation with accuracy.Coordinate with planning/design teams for clarifications and modifications.3. Manpower Planning & Allocation Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as per project requirements. Allocate work efficiently to labourers and supervisors based on priorities. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources at site.4. Team & Supervisor Management Lead and manage site supervisors, electricians, and technicians.Provide clear instructions and ensure adherence to execution plans. Monitor workforce productivity and discipline at site. Conduct regular site briefings and progress reviews.5. HT & LT Electrical Works Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HT & LT electrical systems. Handle components such as transformers, panels, cables, switchgear, earthingsystems, etc. Ensure proper cable laying, termination, and panel connections as per standards.6. Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure all work is executed as per industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and avoid rework. Enforce safety practices and use of PPE at site.7. Material & Resource Management Plan and track material requirements at site. Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials. Minimize wastage and ensure proper material handling.8. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution. Maintain daily progress reports, labour reports, and site records. Assist in project handover, testing, and commissioning activities.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong practical knowledge of HT & LT electrical systems and components. Excellent site execution and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts. Strong manpower handling and team management skills. Good understanding of MEP project execution practices. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
