Experience - 3-7 years. Location - Bhuwaneshwar Job description: - Responsible for documenting, implementing and updating organizational Integrated HSEMS policy, process and procedures. - Coordinate with various functions for implementation of HSE policies - Conduct HSE training & awareness sessions - Responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE performance - Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents, progress on initiatives and planning improvements. - Identify, monitor and ensure adherence to compliance obligations related to HSE - Review and update management plans - Ensure incidents are captured, analyzed and corrective actions taken. - Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions - Ensure effective root cause analysis of non-conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation.
