Role Description This is a full-time, Head Office position for a Legal Professional with a specialization in Litigation. The role is based in West Bengal, India. Primary responsibilities include managing legal disputes related to real estate, handling property damage claims, overseeing civil litigation processes, and collaborating with insurance teams. The role requires detailed legal analysis, drafting and reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications - Proficiency in Law, including knowledge of legal frameworks and procedures. - Experience in handling Insurance and Property Damage claims. - Strong expertise in Civil Litigation and general Litigation processes. - Analytical and critical thinking skills for sound legal decision-making. - Effective communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in legal documentation and research. - Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance is preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; a Master’s degree (LL.M.) is an advantage.
