Location: Bajpe (Airport), Mangaluru Industry: Real Estate / Property Development Experience: 1–4 years Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job Summary We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team at the Bajpe (Airport) location. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building relationships with prospective buyers, and closing property deals across our residential and plotted development projects in the Mangaluru region. Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage prospective buyers through site visits, walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries • Conduct property site visits and presentations for residential plots and homes • Follow up with leads consistently and maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and brokers to drive referral-based sales • Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers and guide them through the booking process • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets • Coordinate with the marketing team on lead campaigns, events, and promotional activities • Stay informed on competitor projects, pricing trends, and market developments in Mangaluru • Support documentation, agreement processing, and customer handover in coordination with the back-office team • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, client feedback, and market insights to the reporting manager Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or plotted developments preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada (Tulu/Konkani a plus) • Confident in conducting site visits and face-to-face client meetings • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office proficiency • Self-motivated with the ability to work toward and exceed sales targets • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred) Preferred • Prior experience with a reputed real estate developer in the Mangaluru/DK region • Existing network of brokers, channel partners, or NRI contacts • Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (for site visits across locations) Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
