Exp : 5 to 10 YearsLocation - PAN IndiaSkill : Service Desk & WorkplaceJOB DESCRIPTION:Job Requirements* • experience into Digital Workplace / End User Services • Strong presales and solutioning experience across Service Desk, EUC, and OSS • Proven expertise in experience-led EUC transformation using DEX platforms (Nexthink preferred) • Extensive experience responding to large RFPs/RFIs for global enterprise customers • Strong understanding of Common, Federated, and Hybrid operating models • Hands-on knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred), endpoint and collaboration tools Key Responsibilities* • Own end-to-end presales solutioning for Digital Workplace deals • Architect Service Desk, EUC, DEX, and Onsite Support solutions • Define operating models, staffing, shifts, and multilingual coverage • Design experience-led KPIs (XLAs), SLAs, and governance models • Leverage Nexthink insights for proactive remediation and ticket deflection • Lead customer workshops, bid defenses, and clarifications Section IV - Job Qualifications & Skills Section Details / Example Content Domain Digital Workplace / End User Services / EUC Transformation Soft Skills Core Skills: • Service Desk – ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, XLAs, omni-channel support • EUC & DEX – Endpoint management, Nexthink, experience monitoring • Onsite Support – Desk-side, walk-up, VIP and field services Soft Skills: • Executive communication and storytelling • Presales leadership and stakeholder management • Structured problem solving Education Requirements Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent (can be marked optional or flexible) Certifications • ITIL 4 (MP / Expert) • ServiceNow (CSA / CIS) • Nexthink • Microsoft Modern Workplace
