This is a results-driven execution role where you’ll be responsible for improving rankings, generating leads, and optimizing campaigns continuously.If you understand how traffic converts into business and can take ownership of performance metrics—this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSEOPerform keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategiesOptimize website pages, blogs, and landing pagesWork on technical SEO basics (meta tags, headings, internal linking, site structure)Track rankings, traffic, and suggest improvementsExecute local SEO strategies for business visibilityPlan and Execute strategies for AEO and GEOPerformance MarketingRun and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaignsManage budgets, targeting, creatives, and A/B testingImprove CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS consistentlyCoordinate with design/content team for ad creatives and landing pagesAnalyze campaign performance and take action - not just reportSuper good at Lead Generation and optimize the lead costsWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Performance MarketingStrong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google AnalyticsAbility to interpret data and take decisions to improve performanceBasic knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion funnelsAbility to handle multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneouslyPreferred SkillsExperience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Search ConsoleUnderstanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setupExperience in handling lead generation campaignsUnderstanding of content strategy for SEO, AEO & GEOWorking HoursMonday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PMLocation: On-site, BangaloreHow to ApplySend your resume and case studies or campaign results (if available) to:Email: WhatsApp: +91 91411 33678Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical performance test.
