We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic In-Licensing Manager to strengthen our business development team.Role Summary:The In-Licensing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing external partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals. This includes scouting for in-licensing opportunities in novel therapeutics, especially within the biosimilar segment, which will be considered a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate in-licensing opportunities aligned with corporate strategyLead due diligence processes, including market assessment, competitive landscape analysis, and risk evaluationBuild and manage relationships with potential partners, licensors, and industry stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, legal, finance, regulatory) to assess deal feasibilityNegotiate term sheets and contracts in coordination with legal and business leadershipTrack and report on in-licensing activities and maintain deal flow pipelineQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, licensing, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Experience with biosimilar in-licensing is highly preferred.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle and regulatory environment.Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
