Project Details: - Client/Authority: APICDC / NKICDL (Govt. of Andhra Pradesh) - Project Name: Programme Manager for New Cities (PMNC) – Infrastructure Development of Kopparthy Industrial Area (KIA) - Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (under VCIC) Scope of Work (Contract & Billing Role): - Contract formulation, contract administration and commercial management - Billing certification, invoice verification, measurement review and BOQ validation - Cost control, budget monitoring and cash flow management - Handling variations, claims, change orders and dispute management - Procurement coordination and support in contract/commercial matters - Coordination with contractors, consultants and client for contract compliance Eligibility Criteria: - Graduate in Civil Engineering / Contract Management or equivalent qualification - Minimum 15 years of experience in Large Industrial Areas, Road with corridors, Airports, Smart cities projects with strong understanding of contract management. - Minimum 10 years in procurement and contract/commercial management for PPP and non-PPP projects - Should have worked in similar capacity for at least 2 projects in the last 10 years
