Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Kondapur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff performance. Key responsibilities include supervising inventory, implementing sales initiatives, maintaining store budgets, and adherence to company policies and guidelines. The Store Manager will also analyze store metrics, develop improvement strategies, and foster a positive work environment for team members to succeed. Qualifications - Retail and store management experience, including managing inventory, customer service, and team supervision - Strong leadership, team-building, and staff development skills - Analytical skills for tracking sales goals, monitoring performance, and generating reports - Proficiency in budget management and financial planning - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff - Flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of an on-site, fast-paced retail environment - Experience in retail sales or customer service within a managerial role is ideal - Educational background in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred
