Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) for deliverables to our industrial Client.Position: Senior Engineer (B Tech/Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial)Role: Project Management Consultant.Job Location: Chh. Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad)Experience :   6-8 years (Execution experience in Industrial plant relocation is preferred)                       10-12 years, Diploma EngineerJoining date: 15th May 2026The role shall broadly involve following responsibilities for an industrial project based at MIDC.The candidate will be responsible to undertakepre relocation planning activities in coordination with the company core team and end user team and managing the shifting activities (to be carried out through various vendors / turn-key contractor) as per set procedures within the same industrial zones.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlanning and Feasibility Studies: Conduct site surveys, develop method statements (SOPs) defining relocation timelines and identifying risks involved & its mitigation to minimise operational disruption.Asset Documentation & Inventory:Create detailed inventories and asset records of machinery / assets to be relocated.Conduct & participate in meetings with equipment OEMs for formulating relocation strategies.Plant layout assessmentStudy plant layout at new location and chart material movement plan, ensure line out of the equipment and plan methodical installation.Dismantling and Preservation:Oversee safe dismantling of equipment, transportation logistics and preserving sensitive machinery during transit.Logistics Management:Coordinate transportation of heavy or delicate industrial equipment.Installation and Commissioning:Manage disconnection and reconnection of equipment electro-mechanical services coordinating with OEM and ensuring commissioning at the new location.Compliance and Safety:Ensure all activities adhere to project formulated safety standards, environmental regulations and local codes.Vendor and Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with logistics contractors, equipment manufacturers, and internal plant management.Prepare and track the project schedule and mitigate delays.Undertake commercial evaluation of the invoices being submitted by the Contractor and certification of the same.Ensure project testing, commissioning and close out documentation.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or industrial Engineering.Experience: 6-8 years of experience in plant maintenance or industrial relocation with familiarity with industrial plants and equipment.Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with operating knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Project.Soft Skills: Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication is mandatory.Other skills:-         Expertise in dismantling and erecting Balance of Plant (BOP) auxiliary systems.-         Ability to work in high-stakes, fast paced environments.-         Willingness to work on site for extended periods during the relocation process.Employment TypeFull-timeSend CV to:
