The Outreach Specialist will engage in community outreach and build partnerships, conduct thorough research to identify potential audience and collaboration opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and ensure clear and professional communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves creating written content for outreach campaigns and reports.What You’ll DoIdentify and reach out to potential B2B clients (SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, IT)Execute outbound sales via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreachQualify leads by understanding their business needs and challengesBook and coordinate discovery calls with decision-makersHandle initial sales conversations and pitch BestlaTech servicesFollow up consistently to move leads through the pipelineMaintain lead data and update CRM/tracking sheetsWork closely with the founder/sales team to close dealsContinuously improve messaging, pitch, and conversion ratesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generationStrong communication skills (written + verbal)Confidence in speaking with founders, CXOs, or managersAbility to understand business problems and position solutionsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and consistentComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentNice to Have (Bonus)Experience selling IT services or software solutionsFamiliarity with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpotExposure to international markets (US, UAE)Basic understanding of tech (web/mobile/AI services)Work DetailsType: Part-Time (Remote)Hours: 4–5 hours/day (flexible)Compensation: Fixed +heavy commission (per meeting/deal closed)
