Job Summary: We are looking for a presentable and customer-centric professional to manage the front desk at our premium interior design showroom. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a warm and luxurious client experience while ensuring smooth front office operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a premium first impression - Manage front desk operations including handling calls, making pre-sales calls, addressing inquiries, and maintaining visitor records - Understand customer requirements at a basic level and guide them to the relevant sales/design consultant - Maintain showroom ambiance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and overall readiness at all times - Maintain visitor logs, client database, and daily reports accurately - Ensure high hospitality standards by offering refreshments and creating a comfortable client experience - Handle incoming couriers, mails, and general administrative coordination - Support the sales/design team with basic coordination and follow-ups when required Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline - 0–3 years of experience in front office / customer handling / hospitality roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Well-groomed and presentable personality - Basic knowledge of MS Office and call handling - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred: - Experience in interior design, real estate, or luxury showroom environment - Fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada
