Outreach Manager (Female), Jammu Location DBS Global University DBS Global University, Dehradun is seeking a dynamic and well-presented female Outreach Manager with strong communication skills and international exposure to represent the university in schools and academic institutions. The role requires building strong relationships with school leadership, career counselors, and students while promoting the academic programs and opportunities offered by the university. The candidate will act as the face of the university during school visits, seminars, and career guidance sessions, motivating students to pursue higher education at DBS Global University. Eligibility Criteria - Gender: Female (Preferred) - Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute (preferably in Marketing, International Business, or Education Management) - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in academic outreach, admission related marketing or B2B Sales. - Exposure: Preference will be given to candidates with international exposure (education, work experience, or collaborations abroad) - Languages: Excellent English proficiency. - Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively around J&K and to Dehradun whenever required. - The ideal candidate should possess a dynamic, confident, presentable with the ability to connect easily with students, school authorities, parents and education consultants. - She should have a professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong persuasive abilities to effectively represent the university in academic institutions. Roles and Responsibilities - Establish and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counselors, and management teams. - Act as the official representative of DBS Global University during school visits, education fairs, and academic events. - Present the university’s academic programs, campus facilities, global exposure opportunities, and career outcomes. - Deliver professional presentations, seminars, and workshops to students and school authorities. - Conduct career counseling sessions for students of classes XI and XII. - Design and execute school engagement strategies and outreach campaigns. - Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to align outreach activities with admission targets. - Facilitate campus visits for school students to give them first-hand exposure to university life. - Generate qualified student leads through school interactions and events. - Maintain records of school visits, student interactions, and prospective applicants. - Prepare monthly outreach reports, including number of school visits, student interactions, and leads generated. - Maintain a database of schools and key contacts she has connected with in Jammu. Location: Jammu Salary: 8 to 10 lakhs and 10 to 15 lakhs for candidates with International exposure.
