With strong manufacturing capabilities and a growing order book, KGEPL focuses on disciplined execution across the complete customer and order lifecycle. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive to manage tenders and the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, from tender participation through purchase order execution, invoicing, and post-invoice shipment coordination. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and logistics, while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and compliance with tender and order requirements. The role will be based at our Ameerpet office and will work closely with sales, operations, finance, QA, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities Tender Management • Track and review tenders from government, PSU, and private customers • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents within deadlines • Coordinate internally to collect technical, commercial, and compliance inputs • Maintain proper records of tenders submitted, outcomes, and clarifications Customer Order Lifecycle (PO to Invoice) • Receive and review purchase orders for commercial and technical alignment • Coordinate with internal teams for order acceptance and execution planning • Track order progress from PO release to dispatch readiness • Ensure timely preparation and release of invoices as per order terms Post Invoice & Shipment Coordination • Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch planning and shipment execution • Share dispatch details, invoices, and shipment documents with customers • Track deliveries and support post-dispatch communication • Ensure documentation accuracy for both domestic and export shipments Internal & External Coordination • Act as a point of contact between customers and internal functions • Coordinate with Operations, QA, Finance, and Logistics for smooth order flow • Support customers with documentation, status updates, and clarifications. • Assist seniors in resolving execution or documentation issues. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain organised records of tenders, POs, invoices, and shipment documents. • Update order status trackers and internal MIS files. • Ensure completeness and traceability of customer and order documentation. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field. • 4-6 years of experience in tenders, sales coordination, order processing, or customer operations. • Basic understanding of tenders, purchase orders, invoicing, and dispatch processes. • Comfortable working with documents, checklists, and coordination-based roles. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. • Clear communication, attention to detail, and a follow-through mindset. Preferred Skills • Exposure to government / PSU tenders. • Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or B2B environments. • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage. • Willingness to learn and handle responsibility independently over time.
