Our industry-recognised technology has garnered multiple awards for innovation, and we are committed to redefining the future of sports performance with our best-in-class solutions.The Role- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to drive hiring across critical technical and business roles.You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to build strong teams across engineering, hardware, and product. This role involves owning end-to-end hiring, building high-quality pipelines, closing candidates efficiently, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience as we scale.Responsibilities-Talent Acquisition Drive end-to-end hiring across technical and business rolesBuild and manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate and close offersDevelop sourcing strategies and recruiter relationships for niche roles (hardware, sports-tech, international operations)Hiring ExecutionPartner with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirementsDevelop sourcing strategies for specialised and deep-tech rolesEnsure fast turnaround times and minimise drop-offsCandidate Experience & OnboardingEnsure a smooth and professional candidate journeyCommunicate clearly and consistently with candidatesRepresent the company effectively to potential hiresDrive a seamless onboarding experience for new hiresStrategic Support Drive cross-functional projects and ensure follow-through on key decisionsHandle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretionWhat We're Looking For3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on tech hiring (mandatory)Startup experience strongly preferred;Proven track record of closing hires across functionsHighly organised with strong follow-through — nothing slipsClear communicator who can represent the company to candidates and partnersEntrepreneurial and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting prioritiesBased in Bengaluru or willing to relocateWhy StanceBeam Work directly with founders at a pivotal growth stageShape how a category-defining company builds its team and cultureGlobal exposureHigh ownership, fast learning, and a clear path to grow with the companyTo Apply: Send your resume and a short note on why this role excites you to
