This role demands hands-on knowledge of marketplace, operations, catalogue hygiene, fulfilment processes, return management, and a strong understanding of promotional strategies. The ideal candidate should be operationally sound and analytically inclined to contribute to daily growth and long-term goals.Key Responsibilities.• Manage and grow brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.• Hands-on execution and oversight of Amazon FBA and Flipkart Fulfilment processes.• Ensure 100% catalogue hygiene with timely updates of product information, images, and keywords.• Keep pace with latest advertising features, algorithm changes, and marketplace policies.• Manage customer returns, cancellations, and reverse logistics processes efficiently.• Handle end-to-end operations including product listings, promotions, pricing, deals, and discounts.• Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues on Amazon & Flipkart with speed and accuracy.• Track and analyse performance data to identify gaps, improve listings, and drive conversion.• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account health, and competitive insights.Education: UG – Any GraduateWhy Join Luxury Personified?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team that is shaping the future of premium consumer electronics online.
