Job Description

ROLE TITLE Founder’s Office Executive (Madverse) ROLE PURPOSE To help the founder (Vaibhav Arora) execute faster, think clearer, and build Madverse without getting stuck in day-to-day chaos. THIS ROLE IS NOT • Calendar manager • Passive assistant • Order taker THIS ROLE IS A high-ownership, high-speed operator who ensures things actually get done. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. EXECUTION CONTROL • track all key priorities across teams • follow up with: i. Ops ii. creative team iii. tech • ensure deadlines are met You become the “nothing falls through” person 2. FOUNDER SUPPORT • prepare for meetings (context, notes, briefs) • summarise discussions • convert ideas → action points • Founder speaks → you structure → team executes 3. BUSINESS OPERATIONS SUPPORT • maintain trackers: i. leads ii. hiring iii. projects • ensure data is updated daily 4. HIRING & HR SUPPORT • coordinate interviews • track candidates • manage hiring pipeline 5. SPECIAL PROJECTS • founder brand (content coordination) • work trips (meeting setups) • new initiatives (AI / talent / brand launches) IDEAL PROFILE EXPERIENCE: • 0–2 years • fresher with strong attitude works BACKGROUND: • business / management / media / marketing • or highly driven self-starter ATTITUDE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) • extremely proactive • doesn’t wait for instructions • high ownership • calm under pressure • respects hierarchy SKILLS • strong communication • structured thinking • basic Excel / Google Sheets • fast execution KNOWLEDGE Basic understanding of (not expert level): • marketing • social media • business WORK STYLE EXPECTATION • fast-paced • high pressure • constant learning • no hand-holding WORK STRUCTURE • based in South Delhi • frequent coordination across teams • exposure to: i. clients ii. creators iii. business strategy WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY • people looking for a “comfortable job” • low ownership mindset • slow executors • people who need constant guidance WHAT YOU GET • direct exposure to founder • steep learning curve • real business experience • growth into: • business role • strategy role • leadership “You will not just work for the founder.
