Job Description

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Supervisions: Achievement of Budgeted Sales Targets - Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. - Deliver brand-wise sales objectives. - Ensure achievement of targets by each Field Officer (FO) and maximize overall team productivity. - Maintain business hygiene and reducing sales returns and expiries. - Coordinate with business partners/distributors to ensure uninterrupted supply chain. 2. On – Job Training : Team Development / Competence Development - Improve in-clinic effectiveness by guiding FOs on Right Customer, Right Product, Right Frequency. - Enhance FO competence via product knowledge training, joint call coaching, and selling skills development. - Promote teamwork and a positive work culture among FOs. - Ensure business process & reporting discipline and hygiene. - Plan, organize, and monitor team efforts effectively. - Work on team retention and ensure timely filling of vacancies. - Joint Field Working – Minimum 4 days - Ensure No TP deviation and proper tour planning 3. Effective Implementation of Marketing Programs Monitor ABM and FO efforts with specific focus on: o Doctor Call Average: Minimum 12 per day o MCR Coverage: Minimum 95% o KOL Coverage: 95% in each territory 4. Reporting & Control: - Ensure timely Phyzii reporting for self and FOs as per company timelines. - Maintain secondary and primary sales records for each territory. - Update MCR, chemist lists, and institution lists periodically as mandated by HO. - Ensure proper Daily Work Planning (DWP) and monitor execution. - Maintain discipline using tools like STP, TP, and other monitoring mechanisms Any Graduate
