Job SummaryThe Store Incharge is responsible for managing daily store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of materials. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage, timely availability of materials, and adherence to company procedures and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock levels of materials, tools, and equipmentMonitor inventory and initiate purchase requests when stock reaches reorder levelConduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliationMaintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicableReceiving & DispatchReceive incoming goods and verify quantity and quality against purchase ordersPrepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)Issue materials as per authorized requisitionsCoordinate dispatch of materials and maintain recordsDocumentation & RecordsMaintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP/software entriesPrepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reportsTrack damaged, expired, or slow-moving itemsEnsure proper documentation of inward and outward movementsStore MaintenanceEnsure proper storage and housekeeping of store areaArrange materials systematically for easy identificationFollow safety standards and company policiesPrevent theft, loss, or damage of materials Any Graduate
