The individual will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure timely project execution, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities also include supervising labor teams, monitoring material usage, addressing challenges, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and project plans.QualificationsExperience in site supervision, project coordination, and team management specific to interior worksKnowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing processesProblem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills to handle project planning and execution effectivelyAttention to detail and ability to maintain quality standardsStrong communication and leadership skills to work with teams and stakeholdersBasic computer skills for reporting and documentationBachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or related fields is preferredExperience working in the modular furniture or interior design industry is a plus
