Role SummaryThe Zonal Head – Business and Operations will be responsible for establishing and scaling DropX Logistics’ presence in North India. This is a 0–1 leadership role involving end-to-end ownership of business development, operations setup, and P&L for the region.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand DropX’s business in North India from the ground upIdentify, acquire, and manage new clients across e-commerce and quick commerceSet up and scale last-mile delivery and quick commerce operationsBuild teams from 0–1, including Regional and Cluster leadershipOwn full zone-level P&L, including revenue, cost per shipment, and manpower costsEstablish operational processes, vendor networks, and local partnershipsDrive performance across stations and sites to meet client SLAsHandle client relationships, negotiations, and escalationsCandidate Profile5–12 years of experience in last-mile logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce operationsProven experience managing multi-city or multi-state operationsStrong understanding of P&L management and cost optimizationExperience in quick commerce (dark stores, hyperlocal delivery) is requiredPrior experience managing Amazon EDSP last-mile operations will be preferredStrong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel extensively across North India
