Visit for firm’s profile.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior Associate specializing in Indirect Taxes. In this role, you will conduct legal research, prepare case analysis and draft responses for queries related to indirect taxation. You will assist in adjudication and represent clients before departmentsl authorities, Tribunal and the High Court.Qualifications Qualified lawyer with 0-2 PQE having strong knowledge and practical skills in Indirect Taxation lawsLegal research and analytical skills to draft responses, prepare case briefs and analyze case lawsProficiency in drafting legal documents, responses and communications related to indirect tax mattersEffective representation and communication skills for supporting client interactions and court appearancesA proactive approach to work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPrior experience in taxation or related legal fields is preferable but not mandatory
