Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce & Quick-Commerce Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Blinkit, developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing sales and operational data, and driving revenue growth in the Indian market. The manager will also oversee customer and stakeholder communication while supporting overall sales and expansion initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Blinkit seller accountsEnsure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog managementMonitor account health, compliance, and performance metricsSales Growth & OptimizationDevelop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and conversion ratesOptimize listings using SEO, keywords, and enhanced contentRun and manage advertising campaignsQuick-Commerce ExpansionIdentify and onboard new quick-commerce platforms in IndiaBuild relationships with platform account managersDevelop go-to-market strategies for each new platformInventory & Supply Chain CoordinationWork closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain stock levelsForecast demand and ensure timely replenishmentMinimize stockouts and overstock situationsData Analysis & ReportingTrack KPIs such as sales, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisitionPrepare regular performance reports and actionable insightsUse data to drive continuous improvementCustomer ExperienceMonitor customer reviews and feedback across platformsResolve escalations and improve customer satisfactionQualifications2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or quick-commerce managementHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (required)Experience with Blinkit or other quick-commerce platforms preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with digital marketing and marketplace advertisingExcellent communication and coordination skillsWork DetailsLocation: Ahmedabad (on-site presence required)Working Hours: Full-time (flexible based on business needs)
