You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—understanding their needs, showcasing our services, and preparing design proposals with the team. Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand client requirements for residential interior projects. Conduct initial consultations (online) to capture space details, client preferences, and budget. Present company portfolio, design concepts, and offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients. Follow up with potential clients regularly to provide updates, address queries, and nurture interest. Manage and maintain client data in CRM systems to ensure proper lead tracking and reporting. Stay updated on industry trends, material innovations, and competitor offerings to support better client conversations. Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing all necessary technical and creative inputs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in presales, customer engagement, or client servicing—preferably in interior design. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with residential interior projects. Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and design styles.
