KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:DIGITAL ADVERTISING (70%):Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for admissionsSet up and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display) targeting school admissions keywordsRun LinkedIn campaigns for job postings and parent targetingConduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, audiences, and CTAsMonitor and optimize daily to achieve ₹250-350 cost per lead targetsCoordinate with design team using Canva brand kit for ad creativesUse GoMarble or similar analytics platforms for performance trackingCRM & LEAD MANAGEMENT (20%):Track all ad-generated leads in CRM/spreadsheet systemMaintain lead database with proper campaign attribution by campusCoordinate with admissions team on lead follow-up and counselling schedulingMonitor conversion rates from lead → counselling → admissionCreate weekly lead status reportsANALYTICS & REPORTING (10%):Track KPIs: Cost per lead, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROASProvide weekly performance insights and optimization recommendationsUse Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM parameters for accurate trackingPrepare monthly campaign reports with actionable data━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:EXPERIENCE:1-3 years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager (MANDATORY)Proven track record running campaigns with ₹50,000+ monthly budgetsExperience setting up campaigns from scratch, not just monitoringLead generation campaign experience (not just brand awareness)TECHNICAL SKILLS:Meta Ads Manager: Campaign setup, audience targeting, pixel tracking, A/B testingGoogle Ads: Search and display campaigns, keyword research, bid optimizationLinkedIn Campaign Manager: Sponsored content, targetingGoogle Analytics and UTM trackingCRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) OR advanced Excel/Google SheetsBasic Canva skills for coordinating with designersMETRICS KNOWLEDGE:Understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROASAbility to calculate and optimize for cost per acquisition targetsEDUCATION:Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
