Codingal aims to bridge the gap left by traditional education systems and empower students to become creators of the future.Role: Coding TeacherWe are looking for passionate Coding Teachers who believe in our mission and are eager to teach young learners.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and interactive online coding classes to school studentsInspire students to develop an interest in codingMonitor student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedbackCommit to a minimum of 50 hours per month, primarily during weekday evenings and weekendsConduct 1:1 sessions from homeCommunicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progressRequirements:Background in engineering or related fieldGraduation in Computer Science / IT / Computer ApplicationsPrior teaching experience in EdTechStrong English communication skillsGood analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilitiesAvailability between 3 PM to 10 PM (minimum 2 hours daily)Reliable laptop with camera, microphone, and stable internet connectionMust not be currently employed elsewhereCompensation & Benefits:Earn between INR 15,000 to INR 50,000 per month based on availabilityReceive professional training and ongoing teacher development supportWork with a dynamic and mission-driven team
