C About Codingal Codingal is on a mission to inspire school students to fall in love with coding. Role: Coding Teacher We are looking for passionate Coding Teachers who believe in our mission and are eager to teach young learners. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive online coding classes to school students Inspire students to develop an interest in coding Monitor student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback Commit to a minimum of 50 hours per month, primarily during weekday evenings and weekends Conduct 1:1 sessions from home Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress Requirements: Background in engineering or related field Graduation in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications Prior teaching experience in EdTech Strong English communication skills Good analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities Availability between 3 PM to 10 PM (minimum 2 hours daily) Reliable laptop with camera, microphone, and stable internet connection Must not be currently employed elsewhere Compensation & Benefits: Earn between INR 15,000 to INR 50,000 per month based on availability Receive professional training and ongoing teacher development support Work with a dynamic and mission-driven team
