Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Producer role based in Bengaluru. As an Associate Producer, you will be responsible for supporting various stages of production, including coordinating schedules, managing budgets, liaising between departments, and ensuring the timely execution of deliverables. You will also contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, maintain communication with clients, and assist in pre-production, shooting, and post-production activities. Qualifications Experience in video production, including pre-production, on-set coordination, and post-production workflowsProject management skills, such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationStrong communication and teamwork abilities for liaising with clients and cross-functional teamsCreative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the production processAdaptability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality deliverablesProficiency in film production tools and software; knowledge of industry-standard editing software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field is preferredExperience working in commercial, digital, or corporate film production is highly advantageous
