Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Designer specializing in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) projects, capable of independently driving design solutions from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative thinking, the ability to interpret client requirements, and deliver innovative, functional workplace designs with minimal guidance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design process from concept development to project completion for corporate office projectsInterpret and analyze RFPs to develop compelling and client-aligned design conceptsDevelop space planning layouts ensuring optimal functionality and efficiencyCurate and finalize FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) in line with design intent and client requirementsCreate and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to clientsCollaborate with internal teams including project management, execution, and technical teamsEnsure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycleEngage directly with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into design solutionsWork with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKey Skills & Competencies:Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilityExpertise in workplace/corporate office designProficiency in space planning and design developmentStrong understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&EExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsQualification:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
