This role goes beyond campaign management—you will build and optimize cross-brand performance systems using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI-driven tools to drive measurable growth. Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Brand Paid Media ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) for multiple brandsManage budgets and allocate spend strategically across brands based on performance and growth prioritiesDevelop full-funnel strategies tailored to different brand objectivesPerformance Optimization & ScalingTrack and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion ratesConduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnelsIdentify scaling opportunities and implement data-backed growth strategiesAI-Driven Marketing & AutomationLeverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance and efficiency Use AI for:Ad copy and creative ideationAudience segmentation and insightsPredictive analytics and performance forecastingBuild automated workflows, rules, or scripts to streamline campaign management across brandsCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with creative, content, and brand teams to develop high-performing ad assetsAlign marketing strategies with each brand’s positioning and goalsProvide feedback loops to improve creative and messaging based on performance data Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google AdsProven track record of managing and scaling campaigns across multiple accounts or brandsStrong understanding of attribution, funnels, and performance metricsHands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) in marketing workflowsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions quicklyFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms What We’re Looking ForA systems thinker who can manage multiple brandsSomeone who actively experiments with AI to improve marketing outcomesA performance-driven marketer who balances creativity with dataA self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment
