Team Leadership & Management· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets· Assign targets and monitor team performance regularly· Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and performance reviews· Provide training, guidance, and support to improve team productivity2. Business Development & Revenue Growth· Drive new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and institutions· Promote services including room bookings, banquet events, F&B packages, conferences, and weddings· Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly team revenue targets· Develop and implement effective sales strategies3. Client Relationship Management· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners· Oversee client interactions handled by the team· Ensure high conversion rates and repeat business· Handle high-value or critical client negotiations4. Sales Operations & Coordination· Review proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies before final submission· Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and Event teams for seamless service delivery· Ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting by the team· Track team pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance5. Market Intelligence & Strategy· Analyze market trends and competitor activities· Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships· Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and promotions· Provide strategic insights and reports to management6.
