Talent500 is hiring for one of its clients.Salesforce ConsultantJob Description:Participate in full-cycle Salesforce implementation projects from requirements gathering (inception) to post go-live support (completion)Implement and deploy cloud solutions accommodating industry-specific business needs and management processes, regulatory and business requirementsIdentify business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, outlining support procedures, and supporting implementationsUnderstand customer needs and perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements.Be the trusted advisor for both clients and internal teamsConduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements, both onsite and remote.Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping documents resulting from the mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approvalProvide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and configurationAbility to assess customer implementation needs, offer innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, determine how it impacts the business at all organizational levels, and communicate to the clientMandatory Skills:7+ years’ experience as a Salesforce ConsultantCPQ and Sales Cloud certification and experience are a must-haveBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldImplementation software experience, preferably ERP or CRMExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsStrong experience in Financial, Accounting, Professional Services, Software, or Manufacturing business processesDesirable Skills:Consulting experience in other ERP and CRM solutions is a value addNetSuite knowledge is a huge plus
