This role ensures accurate, timely availability of all reporting metrics and granularities for internal stakeholders and CPG partners per established SLAs. The PM serves as the first line of issue triage—identifying process vs. technical problems, driving root cause analysis, and partnering with Engineering to remove blockers. The role will also define and drive the long-term roadmap for reporting enhancements, including integration of advanced measurement signals, emerging metrics, and automation improvements while maintaining a report generation SLA.Preferred Qualifications:Drive and execute the roadmap for Media Collective’s reporting pipeline and recap generation capabilities within the reporting platform.Ensure timely, accurate availability of campaign performance metrics, granularities, and derived insights for both managed serve and self-serve use cases.Serve as the first line of triage for reporting issues—diagnosing process gaps vs. system defects, conducting RCA, and partnering with Engineering to resolve blockers.Define enhancements to reporting logic, metric definitions, data governance processes, and quality validation workflows.Collaborate with Measurement Engineering and Data Science to integrate advanced metrics including attribution outputs, incrementality results, and MMM derived insights.Partner with Analytics, Engineering, and UI/UX teams to ensure reporting surfaces are reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business expectations.Support internal teams and CPG partners by driving enablement, ensuring SLAs are met, and improving transparency into reporting processes.6 to 9 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in reporting and dashboard development and management.Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with largescale data systems.Experience with data pipelines, data governance, quality assurance, and reporting infrastructure.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, drive RCA, and collaborate with Engineering for resolution.Strong process management skills and comfort operating within SLA driven environments.Excellent stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Analytics, Business, and CPG partners.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.Experience with retail media, digital advertising measurement, or marketing performance reporting.Background in designing or supporting reporting platforms, dashboards, or automated data workflows.Experience with Google and Adobe Analytics
