In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and optimizing HR Service Delivery processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience through automation, case management, and self-service solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation on ServiceNow- Configure and enhance HRSD modules including case management, lifecycle events, and employee service center- Work with HR teams to improve HR service delivery processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee queries)- Develop and customize workflows using ServiceNow tools and scripting- Ensure smooth delivery of HR services through automation and digital solutions- Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements- Maintain documentation and follow best practices in HR service deliveryRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on ServiceNow- Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and processes- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and workflows- Good communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:- CSA (Certified System Administrator) - CIS-HR (HRSD Certification) - Experience with integrations and Employee Center- Exposure to ITSM is a plus
