By placing clients' needs first, we create rewarding experiences in property investments. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive real estate sales by building and maintaining client relationships and collaborating with developers. Responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting property market analysis, organizing site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful closure of transactions. The role also involves achieving sales targets, mentoring a team, and maintaining detailed reports of sales activities and market trends. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship ManagementStrong skills in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Deal ClosingAbility to lead and mentor a team effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagementUnderstanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru is a distinct advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems preferredDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
