You will collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to define scalable architectures, ensure best‑practice delivery, and guide teams through design, development, integration, and deployment. You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving technical excellence and innovation across projects.In this role, you will:Define end‑to‑end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, resilience, and security.Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical architecture designs.Architect enterprise solutions using Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and associated Azure services.Drive platform extensibility using Plugins (C#), PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, custom connectors, and complex automation patterns.Design and govern Azure‑based integrations, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and event‑driven architectures.Own ALM & DevOps: solution segmentation, environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, Git branching models, and release governance.Ensure solution quality via code reviews, performance optimization, NFR validation, and adherence to best practices.Work closely with business and functional teams to assess feasibility, dependencies, impact, and technical risks.Lead technical estimation, sprint architecture, planning, and delivery oversight across agile teams.Troubleshoot complex production or integration issues and guide teams with structured resolution approaches.Mentor developers, consult stakeholders, and provide architectural leadership across delivery engagements.Your ProfileDeep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules, customizations, data structures, and extension frameworks.Strong command over Dataverse architecture, security models, data modeling, and relationship patterns.Advanced experience across Power Platform—Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, solution governance.Proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF controls, extensibility frameworks, and secure development practices.Strong architectural experience with Azure Integration Services, API ecosystems, and event‑based patterns.Hands‑on expertise in defining architecture blueprints, NFRs, integration patterns, and technical standards.Strong DevOps / ALM experience using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, environment strategies, and solution lifecycle management.Excellent communication, leadership, and ability to mentor and uplift technical teams.Good to HaveExperience with Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering.Exposure to Power Pages, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise integration patterns.Experience migrating legacy CRM systems or working with multi‑cloud architectures.Preferred Certifications: PL‑600, PL‑400, AZ‑305, MB‑600.What you’ll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
