Job descriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a creative assistant you will be responsible for strategising and assisting the founder with all brand campaigns and overall social media content marketing. The role requires you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create content that effectively captures the voice and values of our clients and brand. You will be part of a team that contributes to the development of creative strategies, storyboard production, scriptwriting, post-production processing, and video production & editing.Role DescriptionWe are on the lookout for the ideal candidate who loves to roll up their sleeves and turn photo & video content into compelling content that has the ability to convey impactful stories. Photography skills to shoot model & product images. Ability to shoot and edit aesthetic video content. Trimming, cutting & arranging footageAdding transitions, music, sound effects and visual effectsColour correction and colour gradingGraphic designKnowledge of artistic editing techniquesEnsure logical sequencing and smooth transitionsWork on scripting and storyboardingAbility to direct video production team to ensure desired shoot objectivesTechnical skills:Be proficient and well versed in all the desktop and mobile video editing softwares ( ex: Adobe premiere pro, lightroom, davinci resolve, final cut, Luma vision etc)Be proficient in shooting photo and video content. Advanced understanding of lighting while filming.Basic cinematography skills.Job requirements:Proven experience of video & photo editing for at least 2 yearsUnderstanding on IG reels and understanding of how to shoot content for IG reelsCreative & aesthetic cinematography skills to create photo & video content that conveys storytellingCreative mind and storytelling skillsAbility to hustle and adapt to challenging situationsJob Location:Bangalore - This is a full-time position
