The role involves managing end-to-end manufacturing processes, coordinating with engineering and supply chain teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering products within timelines and cost targets.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage production activities for embedded and electronics products.Ensure timely production, quality compliance, and adherence to delivery schedules.Monitor production workflows and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce defects.Maintain production documentation, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.Work closely with embedded firmware and hardware engineering teams to support manufacturing and product validation.Oversee PCB assembly, board bring-up, testing, and debugging processes.Manage production schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of materials and components.Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.Coordinate with sales and program teams for order tracking and delivery schedules.Required SkillsExperience in electronics manufacturing and embedded systems production.Knowledge of PCB assembly, board bring-up, and electronics testing.Understanding of embedded systems hardware and firmware lifecycle.Experience in production planning and resource management.Familiarity with ERP tools and manufacturing documentation.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, Electrical or related field.Experience in embedded electronics manufacturing, EMS, defence or aerospace products.Exposure to quality standards and manufacturing best practices.Key SkillsProduction Management, Embedded Systems, Electronics Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, Board Bring-up, Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Resource Management, Quality Control, Vendor negotiation, Bid management, Cost optimization, Inventory management, Task prioritization
