The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in children, creating personalized therapy plans, and delivering effective interventions to enhance communication skills and swallowing functions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress, and providing guidance to families to support continued development and care.QualificationsProficiency in Speech Therapy, addressing Communication Disorders, and supporting Language DisordersStrong understanding of pediatric development and needs within early intervention frameworksAbility to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's / Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldValid licensure or certification for Speech-Language Pathology practicePrior experience in pediatric therapy is a plusCommitment to ethical practices and professional growth
