Our programs integrate multiple AI pods (Strategy, Design, Build, and Scale) orchestrated by a single AI Program Manager (PMO Head) who ensures unified direction, delivery discipline, and business impact.About the RoleThe AI Program Manager serves as the single program governance lead across multiple pods and parallel AI initiatives — ensuring that the overall Agentic AI transformation program delivers measurable business outcomes, on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This role acts as the nucleus of orchestration between consulting teams, engineering pods, data science squads, and client business units — combining structured program management, business acumen, and AI fluency.ResponsibilitiesServe as the single PMO head across all pods in an Agentic AI transformation program — responsible for governance, inter-pod coordination, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, and overall value realization.Establish and run the AI Program Management Office (PMO) overseeing multiple pods (Strategy, Build, Change, Data, and Value Realization).Define program objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals and transformation themes.Ensure all pods operate within a unified methodology, cadence, and governance framework.Conduct executive steering reviews and progress briefings with client CXOs and transformation sponsors.Coordinate cross-functional teams of AI consultants, data engineers, solution architects, and domain experts across pods.Manage dependencies between Agentic AI pods — ensuring data readiness, design coherence, and delivery synchronization.Track progress across pods using agile dashboards, burn-down charts, and milestone reports.Resolve delivery conflicts, scope overlaps, and resource constraints to maintain momentum.Build and manage detailed program roadmaps, resource plans, and delivery sprints for all AI projects under the umbrella program.Define release plans and milestone gates (Design → Build → Validate → Scale).Implement AI PMO best practices — including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, sprint retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.Drive consistent reporting through centralized dashboards using tools like Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps integrated with value tracking frameworks.Define benefit realization frameworks that link technical milestones to financial and operational outcomes (ROI, NPV, cost savings, efficiency gains).Collaborate with the Business Case and Value Realization Manager to ensure quantifiable tracking of benefits.Continuously evaluate pilot results and scale readiness — translating AI outcomes into executive-impact metrics.Partner with change leaders to build adoption plans and communication frameworks for AI deployment.Facilitate C-suite and functional stakeholder alignment through program showcases, demos, and reviews.Act as the voice of the client and the voice of the program, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity of purpose.Identify program risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles.Enforce data governance, ethical use, and model auditability standards across pods.Lead periodic risk reviews with technology, compliance, and client sponsors.Mentor AI project managers and pod leads, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Contribute to practice development — creating templates, accelerators, and PMO frameworks for future AI programs.Represent the AI Program Delivery function in executive governance and external partner discussions. Qualifications12–18 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or AI program management.Proven success in leading multi-pod, multi-million-dollar AI or data transformation programs.Prior experience with top consulting or system integration firmsFamiliarity with AI architectures, including LLMs, agentic systems, ML Ops, and intelligent automation.Demonstrated capability in governance design, agile delivery management, and value realization across AI programs. Required SkillsStructured program management – expert in PMO operations, planning, and risk control.Strategic communication – ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage executive forums.Analytical rigor – ability to track complex dependencies and convert insights into action.Cross-functional leadership – comfortable managing consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders.Execution focus – relentless commitment to on-time, in-scope, and in-value delivery. Preferred SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology.MBA or PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications preferred.Additional certifications in AI, Digital Transformation, or Program Governance are advantageous.
