With over 5 million app downloads and a top-20 ranking in the finance category, we’re creating a first-of-its-kind credit-repayment marketplace that connects users with financial institutions — empowering them to achieve true financial independence.Role Overview:We’re looking for an MIS / Analytics Executive who can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, detail-oriented, and skilled at presenting insights that support strategic decision-making across teams.Key Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple business sources.Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Google Sheets / Excel and BigQuery for tracking key performance metrics.Use SQL to query, extract, and transform data efficiently for reporting and analysis.Conduct data-driven analysis and forecasting to support business strategies and performance optimization.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports across departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance data quality.Requirements:Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced): Expertise in pivot tables, dashboards, automation, and data cleaning.SQL: Strong knowledge of queries, joins, and transformations for analytics and reporting.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating insights into business actions.Prior experience in fintech, lending, or operations analytics is a strong plus.Why Join Us:Be part of a fast-scaling fintech shaping how millions of Indians manage credit.Work closely with leadership on high-impact analytical initiatives.Experience a collaborative, learning-driven, and growth-oriented work environment.
