Dear Job seekers,We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities:Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) principles to create meaningful user experiences Conduct UX Audits and Heuristic Evaluations to identify usability issues and improvements Perform User Research including Interviews, Surveys, and Field Studies Develop Journey Maps and Empathy Maps to better understand user needs Structure Information Architecture (IA) and define Task Flows and User Flows Create Wireframes, High-Fidelity UI Designs, and Interactive Prototypes Design responsive interfaces for Web and Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) Establish and maintain Design Systems and Design Language guidelines Conduct Usability Testing and iterate designs based on insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers Required Skills:Strong understanding of UX principles and Interaction Design Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Ability to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs Strong problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and consistency in design executionLocation: Mumbai, Bangalore.Work mode: Hybrid.
