Located in Hyderabad, we are passionate about design excellence and professional growth. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from site measurement to final handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, vendor management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of interior projects (residential/villas/apartments/commercial spaces)Develop project timelines, schedules, and execution strategiesCoordinate with design, production, and site teams for smooth workflowSite ManagementConduct site visits for measurements, planning, and progress trackingEnsure work is executed as per approved drawings and specificationsMonitor quality of carpentry, modular installations, finishes, and fittingsClient CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for clients during executionProvide regular updates on project progressHandle client concerns and ensure satisfaction at every stageQuality & ComplianceEnsure all work meets design specifications and quality benchmarksMaintain safety standards and site disciplineConduct final inspections before handoverQualificationsProficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with strong attention to detail.Experience in interior project managementStrong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processesAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExcellent coordination and communication skillsExperience in handling premium residential or villa projectsExposure to modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom carpentry workFamiliarity with BOQ preparationProficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and basic design software is a plusKey AttributesStrong ownership and accountabilityAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyTime management and deadline-driven approachClient-first attitude with a focus on quality deliveryCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based incentivesAdditional NotesImmediate joiners preferredCandidate should be open to site travel and flexible working hours based on project requirements
