The HR Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, strengthening employee relations, building high-performance teams, and ensuring smooth HR operations in a tele-reporting environment.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR PlanningDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals of Oshin Infotech Services Private Limited.Plan workforce requirements based on case volumes and operational expansion.Design organisational structure and manpower planning models.Support leadership in business growth planning through effective human resource allocation.Bridging Management & Employee RelationsAct as a communication bridge between management and employees.Address employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.Conduct grievance redressal meetings and maintain proper documentation.Build a transparent and positive communication culture across departments.Recruitment & Selection ProcessManage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer roll-out, onboarding).Hire for tele-reporting doctors, QC team, operations team, sales, and support staff.Hire for engineering department.Maintain recruitment trackers and reduce hiring turnaround time.Develop strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Human Capital Development & RetentionDevelop employee engagement and retention strategies.Implement motivation and recognition programs.Conduct employee feedback surveys and exit interviews.Support succession planning and career development initiatives.HR Systems, Policies & SOP DevelopmentDevelop and monitor HR policies, systems, and procedures.Standardise HR documentation (Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Exit process).Ensure smooth payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.Continuously improve HR operational processes.Performance Management SystemDesign and implement structured performance appraisal systems.Define and monitor KPIs and KRAs for each department.Conduct monthly performance review meetings with management.Develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.Compensation & Benefits ManagementMaintain pay structure and benefits programs.Benchmark compensation as per industry standards.Manage incentive structures linked to case volumes, quality, and TAT.Coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and skill gaps.Organise onboarding programs and internal training sessions.Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.Develop skill enhancement programs for reporting and operational teams.HR Metrics & Management ReportingPrepare HR dashboards and monthly reports.Track key HR metrics such as:Attrition RateRecruitment TATAttendance & Leave TrendsEmployee ProductivityPerformance RatingsProvide data-driven insights for management decision-making.Legal ComplianceEnsure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.Maintain statutory documentation and employee records.Ensure confidentiality of HR data and records.Update management regarding regulatory changes.SOP, KPI & KRA Implementation (Mandatory Responsibility)Create and standardise SOPs across departments.Define KPIs and KRAs for all roles.Conduct monthly performance discussions with management.Track performance data and present improvement plans.Ensure department accountability through structured performance tracking.Required Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as HR Manager or HR AdminMBA in HR / Operations or relevant qualification.Strong knowledge of HR metrics and reporting.Experience with HRMS systems and databases.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.Ability to manage remote and performance-driven teams.
