The role will be responsible for end-to-end fund accounting activities across private equity structures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, investor allocations, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end fund accounting for Private Equity funds, including: Capital calls, distributions, and investor allocationsNAV calculation and reviewManagement fees, carried interest, and expense allocationsInvestor statements and capital account reportsMaintain and operate fund accounting systems such as Allvue / Everest / Black MountainCoordinate with internal teams (Operations, Treasury, Compliance) and external parties: AuditorsAdministratorsTax advisorsSupport audit processes and respond to auditor queries efficientlyEnsure compliance with GAAP / IFRS and fund documentation (LPAs)Assist in system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4+ years of experience in Private Equity Fund AccountingMandatory hands-on experience Allvue/Everest/Black MountainStrong understanding of: Private Equity fund structuresCapital accounting and waterfall calculationsNAV and investor reportingAdvanced Excel skills: exposure to reporting tools is a plusKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentClear communication with internal and external stakeholders
