The role focuses on building high-quality, scalable programs and strengthening educator capability to deliver meaningful student outcomes.Reporting ToHead – Centre of ExcellenceWorks closely with school leadership, instructional teams, and external partners.Key Responsibilities1. Learning Design & Program DevelopmentLead the design, development, and continuous refinement of curriculum and interdisciplinary programs across sections and campusesTranslate the school’s philosophy into structured, high-impact learning experiences with clear student outcomesConduct needs analysis to identify gaps in curriculum and instructional practicesIntegrate global best practices and research into program designEnsure alignment with accreditation standards and the school’s definition of learning2. Innovation & Technology IntegrationIdentify, evaluate, and integrate emerging tools, technologies, and pedagogical modelsDesign, pilot, and scale innovations in teaching, learning, and school processesBuild and manage strategic partnerships to support innovation and scalability3. Stakeholder Collaboration & ImplementationPartner with Section Heads, Subject Leads, and Instructional Coaches to drive implementationSupport educators in translating program design into effective classroom practiceAlign stakeholders around shared learning goals and outcomes4. Professional Development & Capacity BuildingDesign and facilitate professional learning aligned to new programs and pedagogical shiftsBuild educator capability in inquiry-based learning, assessment design, and use of technology/AIPartner with the Professional Development team to create sustained learning journeys5.
