Role: Oracle Siebel AdministratorJob Type: Full-TimeJob Location: Pan IndiaExperience: 8+ yearsNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysKey Responsibilities:Experience in installing and configuring Siebel on Windows and Linux environments.Proven track record of performing Siebel upgrades to latest versions, including IP17 and above.Knowledge of Siebel Gateway clustering, multimode AI load balancing, and related configurations.Expertise in performance tuning of Siebel components such as server, AOM, AI, Gateway, and Tomcat.Skills in troubleshooting EAI component crashes, analyzing crash dumps, FDRs, and component logs.Proficient in system administration activities, including configuring application components and parameters.Troubleshooting skills related to component crashes, SSO, LDAP integration with AD, and general troubleshooting.Strong overall troubleshooting abilities for Siebel environments.Experience in automating routine administrative tasks to improve efficiency.Preferable experience with WLS, BIP, OAS, OAP installation, upgrades, and integration with Siebel.Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) setup, testing, and management.Experience in managing Siebel environments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.Monitoring system performance and managing the administration of Siebel environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.Flexible to travel to customer offices as required.
