Position OverviewThe Course Coordinator for Social Innovation and Social Management (SISM) is responsible for the end-to-end administration and academic coordination of the SISM course for second-year students across 17 schools within the university. This role ensures seamless operational execution, faculty support, and rigorous documentation to maintain the standards of the School of Holistic Development.Key Responsibilities1. Academic Administration & CoordinationCourse Planning: Collaborate with senior faculty to plan the academic year and confirm the syllabus with the Director.Scheduling: Prepare and manage SISM timetables for Semester 3 and Semester 4, ensuring timely approval and distribution.Student Management: Coordinate with various schools to collect student lists, maintain attendance records, and organize orientation programs for second-year cohorts.Documentation: Maintain the SISM course file and ensure all central records are updated in compliance with university standards.2. Monitoring & Quality AssuranceSession Supervision: Monitor SHD SISM sessions to ensure instructional quality and student engagement.Feedback Management: Design, conduct, and analyze mid-semester and end-semester feedback. Prepare comprehensive reports for the Director’s approval.Reporting: Prepare end-semester reports and monthly attendance summaries for respective schools.3. Examination & Result ManagementLiaison: Coordinate with the Examination Department regarding student marks and final results.Submission: Ensure the timely submission of result copies to the Exam Department and maintain received copies for SHD central records.4. Stakeholder Engagement & SupportInternal Liaison: Build and maintain professional rapport with School Coordinators, colleagues, and the Director’s office.Event Coordination: Organize guest lectures and support the arrangement of SHD webinars and university events.Administrative Support: Assist with NAAC documentation, Cambridge examination support, and task management via platforms like ClickUp.5. Additional Institutional DutiesHR & Operations: Prepare monthly salary statements, attendance data, and maintain dead stock records.Flexible Support: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director, including assistance for CA/PA on special events.Candidate ProfileDesired Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW); NGO Certification; SET/NET qualification.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar profile Technical Skills: Proficiency in administrative tools, email communication, and project management software How to ApplyInterested candidates need to share their updated CVs on with Subject: Application for the Course Coordinator role
