This role combines front desk management, clinical coordination, and patient relationship management to ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience from consultation through treatment completion.Key Responsibilities1. Patient Coordination & Follow-upsManage post-consultation follow-ups and ensure timely appointment bookingsMaintain consistent communication with patients via WhatsApp and callsEnsure treatment continuity by tracking missed appointments and re-engaging patientsSupport case progression from consultation → treatment → completion2. Clinical & Treatment CoordinationCoordinate treatment schedules across departments (doctor, physio, therapy rooms)Manage:Treatment room schedulingPhysiotherapy appointmentsGeneral Anesthesia (GA) coordinationEnsure all clinical workflows run smoothly and on time3.
