Required SkillsProven working experience in Leadership Role in Plant Engineering Services organizationPeople oriented and results drivenProfessional certifications such as PMP (PMI) are desirable.Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.Experience of handling multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in Engineering Services Organization and handling of Offshore Design Centers (ODC)is preferredExcellent presentation and communication skills.Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively engage with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
